Refund Policy

We consider eligible requests for both non-defective and defective merchandise, and may arrange an exchange when stock permits.

Eligibility and timing

Ask us to review the matter within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item returned because of a preference or selection change must be new, unused, and in original condition. A damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different item may also be reported; its damage does not by itself prevent a claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

Request approval before mailing

Write to iqoriyupavi01@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photos or video when relevant. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before sending a parcel. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is missing or lost. Use the label after approval. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges and refunds

Replacement availability depends on review and remaining stock. When a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider can require additional time to post the credit.
