This page separates the preparation of a Manna Hydration order from the carrier's travel time.

Preparing the order

After payment authorization, our normal preparation window is 1–2 business days. This work happens before the shipping estimate starts.

Carrier travel

Once the parcel leaves us, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days rather than promised as a precise arrival date. Checkout shows services, destination availability, and charges for the address supplied. Weather, a carrier disruption, or an address issue can affect the estimate.

Address, tracking, and exceptions

Please review your delivery address before completing checkout. Tracking is provided where available. For a delay, loss, damage, missing piece, or a parcel marked delivered but not located, email iqoriyupavi01@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and useful photographs.
